ACK Check
The acknowledgement check setting is used to set the requirements for the acknowledgement of the receiver.
If the acknowledgement is deactivated, no acknowledgements are expected from the hand-held transmitter. In this case, the hand-held
transmitter cannot detect whether a communication was successful or not. This mode is mainly used to control several receivers at the
same time whose acknowledgements would disturb each other.
In standard mode, an acknowledgement is considered correct as soon as the returned address has been successfully verified.
The operation without acknowledgement is only possible with receivers that have at least the receiver version HSV xx.20.

Examples
Example 1:
50 gates shall be controlled from forklift trucks with the commands up and down.
The address length is set to 2.
The gates are signposted with "01" to "50".
The receivers are set and wired so that they open at command 0001 (T1) and close at command 0010 (T2).
The corresponding addresses are learned at the receivers.
The definition M2 is set as follows:
On-Data = 0001; Off-Data = 0000; Address = 0; 1. Symbol =
The definition M5 is set as follows:
• On-Data = 0010; Off-Data = 0000; Address = 0; 1. Symbol =
Now all 50 gates can be controlled individually with a hand-held transmitter and the input of the according address. The gate can be
opened or closed by pressing the function key with index 2 and the function key with index 5.
Example 2:
It shall be possible to switch 9 lights on and off individually.
Addressing is deactivated.
The extended function view is activated.
The definitions L1, L2, L3, M1, M2, M3, R1, R2, R3 are set as follows:
On-Data = 0001(T1); Off-Data = 0000; 2. Symbol = O ; 3. Symbol = N
The address is incremented from 1 to 9.
The 1st symbol is used to set an index for the corresponding light.
The definitions L4, L5, L6, M4, M5, M6, R4, M5, M6 are set as follows:
• OnData = 0010 (T2); OffData = 0000; 1. Symbol = O ; 2. Symbol = F ; 3. Symbol = F
The address is incremented from 1 to 9.
Addresses 1 to 9 are learned for light 1 to 9.
The lights and the receivers are set and wired in such a way that 0001 (T1) switches on the lamp and 0010 (T2) switches off the
lamp.
Now the On- and Off-commands for the 9 lights are displayed on the 3 function pages for each light. Two functions can be executed
specifically for each of the 9 lights.

Battery change
Depending on the frequency of use the battery life can vary. If the transmitter signalizes low battery or typical range of operation
weakens substantially or the transmitter is without function, the battery should be replaced. Unscrew the battery cover on the bottom
side of the housing and replace the batteries.
Please check for correct polarity!
Use only 1.5V-Alkaline batteries type AAA!
