Latched lid = The safety lock blocks the pressure cooker opening until the inside pressure drops.
Removable vessel = Made of non-stick material
Condensed water collection vessel = For collecting condensed water produced during cooking
Lid sealing ring = Creates the airtight space needed for pressure cooker operation

DELAY TIME = This delayed-start function allows you to postpone the cooking start time up to 8 hours later.
CAUTION: Fast decaying food, such as meat, poultry, fish, cheese, and milk products, must not stay in the pressure cooker
at room temperature for more than 2 hours without cooking.
(No longer than 1 hour if the room temperature is higher than 32°C.)
When preparing this kind of food, do not set the delayed start time for more than 2 hours hence.

PRIOR TO FIRST USE

1. Remove all packaging and marketing materials from the appliance.
2. Before you put the pressure cooker into operation, wash all the removable parts in warm water with a detergent.
Never submerge the appliance's outer part in water or any other liquid; just wipe it with a damp cloth. No parts of the
appliance can be washed in a dishwasher.
3. Make sure the lid sealing ring is properly placed. For proper adhesion of the sealing ring, fill the vessel with water up
to 2/3 of its capacity, and let the appliance run in the HIGH PRESSURE mode for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, turn the pressure control valve to the STEAM position and release the pressure from the vessel. Once
the (steam) pressure is released, the stop valve opens up, and you can open the vessel by turning the lid. Be aware of the
released steam; there is a risk of scalding!
5. Let the pressure cooker cool at room temperature, then remove the vessel, empty the water from it, and wipe it with
a dry cloth. Now, the appliance is ready for use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before any use of the pressure cooker, make sure the lid sealing ring (6) and the safety valve (9) are properly placed and
clean.
PRESSURE COOKER CONTROL BY PRESSURE SET-UP
1. Insert the plug into the mains outlet.
2. Place the vessel (16) into the outer casing of the appliance (13).

4. Place the lid (5) onto the pressure cooker, and turn it counter-clockwise until the safety latch is engaged and a click
is heard.
