TIPS AND TRICKS:
Slow roasting (80-130 degrees):
Set your barbecue to a temperature of 80 degrees to create the perfect conditions for slow-roasting meat or fi sh or to keep dishes warm
(funnel in standard position).
The temperature range of 1 10-130 degrees is ideal for barbecue classics such as beef brisket, pulled pork or spare ribs (funnel in standard position).
Grill, cook, bake (130-220 degrees):
The temperature range between 130-220 degrees allows perfectly even barbecuing of meat, fi sh and more (funnel in standard position).
It is particularly suitable for large joints of meat. This temperature range is also ideal for cooking or baking.
High temperature (220-360 degrees):
A maximum heat up to 360 degrees ensures perfectly seared steaks and fl ash-grilled foods. The maximum heat setting is also ideal for cooking
crispy pizza or tarte fl ambée (funnel in standard position).
