9.The workers must keep awake and be dedicated to workpieces and tools during work. They shall not use
any tool when they are tired.
10.Before use, tools shall be carefully inspected to confirm whether the tools are damages, whether the
damaged conditions affect normal performance, whether all movable parts are located at normal positions
and whether fixed parts are fastened, etc. If the tools are damaged, they shall be repaired or replaced at
special repair shops and shall not be used constrainedly.
11.In case of replacement of parts, original accessories must be used.
12.It shall be confirmed that the output shaft of the mixer is tightly screwed into the thread of the stirring
rod and the stirring rod is reliably connected with the stirring plate, so as to prevent accidents.
13.This tool shall be held tightly and shall not be operated with single hand.
14.Protective glasses shall be worn to prevent eyes from injuries.
15.Hands shall not touch rotary components to prevent injuries.
16.Rotating tools shall not get out of hand.
17.After the operation is just stopped, no liquid shall be exposed from the stirring plate, otherwise the
liquid may be splashed onto your clothes.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

1.Installation
Note: The power supply shall be unplugged from the power socket before installation.
1)Installation and replacement of drill bit
Impurities or other foreign matters on the drill chuck 1 and the drill bit shall be removed thoroughly since
they may result in serious personal injuries due to untight drill bit.
The drill bit shall be installed into the drill chuck to ensure that the drill bit goes deep into the drill chuck.
The drill chuck key shall be extended into the 3 holes of the drill chuck to tighten the drill chuck in the
clockwise direction. (Fig. 1)
The drill chuck shall be dismantled by using the drill chuck key in the anticlockwise direction.
Note: When the tool is started, attention shall be paid to taking the drill chuck key out of the drill chuck.
Dismantling the drill bit:
Firstly the output shaft shall be rotated to align the hole on the output shaft with the hole on the machine
and then the sharp end of the tool bit (provided with the machine) shall be inserted into the hole and hit
till the end, so as to enable the drill bit to fall off.
2)Replacing the drill chuck:
! When the drill chuck is replaced, it is suggested to replace the left-handed screw in the drill chuck
simultaneously!
1)The drill chuck shall be opened and the screw shall be untightened with a screw driver (rotated
clockwise). (Only the positive & negative electric drills have screws.)
2)The output shaft shall be clamped with an open-end spanner and the drill chuck key shall be inserted into
the side hole of the drill chuck, which shall be slightly hit with a rubber hammer to rotate anticlockwise.

2.Operation
1)It shall be confirmed that the supply voltage and the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the electric
drill are consistent. (220V)
2)Switch operation (Fig. 5)
The electric drill is configured with a self-locking switch 6 to meet the continuous long-term work
requirements.
This tool can be started only by pulling the trigger. Once the trigger is released, this tool can be stopped.
When this tool shall be rotated continuously, the switch locking button 5 at the side of the handle shall be
pressed down after the trigger is pulled.
If the trigger is pulled again and then released, continuous rotation can be eliminated.
3)The positive & negative speed switch has the positive & negative steering function. (Only the positive
& negative switch has such function.) (Fig. 3)
The rotating direction of this electric drill bit can be controlled by the driving lever above the trigger.
Positive rotation 8: The driving lever shall be moved to the sign "R" or "←".
Negative rotation 8: The driving lever shall be moved to the sign "L" or "→".
Note: When the driving level is not completely located at the left or right, the electric drill shall not start
work.
4)Speed control (only function of the speed switch 7 )
When the tool is located at the normal horizontal operation position, the speed knob can be rotated
clockwise to increase the rotating speed of the tool or rotated anticlockwise to reduce the rotating speed
of the tool. The force applied to the switch button can also control the speed: Smaller force will generate
slower speed and larger force will generate faster speed (Fig. 4).
3.Drilling metal such as steel
1)High speed steel spiral drills shall be used (in particular, hard metal drill bits must be used to drill white
pig iron).
2)The following lubricants are suggested for the workpieces made of the following materials:
Steel: Oil
Aluminum: Turpentine and wax
Brass, copper and pig iron: No lubricant is required.
4.Drilling timber
1)When twist drills are selected, attention shall be paid to slowly extracting the drill bit from the borehole
and cleaning the wood shavings inside the groove.
2)In order to prevent wood breakage due to penetration, the workpiece can be overturned when the drill
bit just penetrates the wood to expose the drill tip.
5.Stirring
1)Suitable stirring rods shall be selected for various materials (stirring is prohibited for combustible and
explosive liquid).
2)During stirring, the stirring speed shall be regulated according to the concentration of the stirred material,
so as to prevent the stirred material from splashing due to too high speed.
CLEANING AND MAINTANCE
1.Before maintenance and inspection, the power plug must be unplugged. Unfavorable attachments such
as dust and oil shall be frequently removed from tool surfaces to keep the tools clean.
2.The screws at connecting positions shall be frequently inspected for loosening. The shell shall be free
from any crack or damage.
3.The power lines shall be frequently inspected for damages of insulation.
4.Worn drill bits will result in motor faults and reduce the efficiency, so drill bits shall be replaced or re-
sharpened when they are worn. When drill bits with worn or broken tips are used, they will cause risks due
to slipping, so new drill bits shall be used.
5.Motors are important parts among the tools, so they shall be frequently maintained to prevent ingress of
oil or water from damaging the motors.
6.After operation for about 60h, carbon brushes shall be inspected. If necessary, a new pair of carbon
brushes can be used.
