EN Mounting instructions
Mount the flexible coupling on the encoder shaft;
•
fix the encoder to the flange by means of four M3 screws;
•
mount the flexible coupling on the motor shaft, then secure the
•
AM9
flange either to the motor or to the mounting support;
make sure the misalignment tolerances of the flexible coupling are
•
respected.
Mount the encoder on the motor shaft. Avoid forcing the encoder
•
shaft;
AMC9 Mount the fixing plate to the flange of the encoder and then fasten
•
it to the rear of the motor using an M5 cylindrical head screw;
fix the collar of the encoder shaft by means of the screw.

Montar el acoplamiento elástico en el eje del encoder;

fijar el encoder a la brida mediante cuatro tornillos tipo M3;
•
montar el acoplamiento elástico en el eje del motor, después fijar la

brida al motor (o al soporte);
asegurarse de que se respetan las tolerancias de desalineación

permitidas por el acoplamiento elástico.
Montar el encoder en el eje del motor sin forzar el eje del encoder;

montar la placa de fijación en la brida del encoder y fijarla en la parte

posterior del motor mediante un tornillo de cabeza cilíndrica tipo M5;
fijar el collar de el eje encoder mediante el tornillo.

Montare il giunto elastico sull'albero dell'encoder;

fissare l'encoder alla flangia di fissaggio mediante quattro viti M3;
•
montare il giunto elastico sul motore, poi fissare la flangia al motore

assicurarsi che le tolleranze di disallineamento ammesse dal giunto
•
elastico siano rispettate.
Inserire l'encoder sull'albero del motore. Evitare sforzi sull'albero
•
encoder;
AMC9 montare la molla di fissaggio sulla flangia dell'encoder e poi fissarla sul
•
retro del motore utilizzando una vite M5 a testa cilindrica;
fissare il collare dell'albero encoder mediante la vite.

Monter le joint élastique sur l'arbre du codeur;
•
fixer le codeur à la bride au moyen de quatre vis type M3;
•
monter le joint élastique sur le moteur, puis fixer la bride au moteur

(ou au support);
s'assurer que les tolérances de mauvais alignement admises par le joint
•
élastique soient respectées.
Monter le codeur sur l'arbre moteur sans forcer l'arbre codeur;

Monter la plaquette de fixation sur la bride du codeur et la fixer à la

partie postérieure du moteur au moyen d'une vis type M5;
fixer le collier de l'arbre codeur au moyen de la vis.

Die Kupplung auf den Geber montieren;

Geber auf den Adapterflansch mit vier M3 Schrauben anschrauben;

die Kupplung auf die Motorwelle montieren und den Adapterflansch

auf den Motor (oder auf den Trägen) anschrauben;
es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die zulässigen Toleranzen der Kupplung
•
eingehalten werden.
Geber auf die Motorwelle montieren. Belastungen der Geberwelle
•
vermeiden;
AMC9 Befestigungsfeder auf den Geberflansch montieren und dann auf der
•
Rückseite des Motors mit einer M5 Zylinderschraube befestigen;
Klemmring festschrauben.
