Malfunction
The pump is not
delivering, or the
delivered quantity is

Cause
The pump is not sufficiently filled
with water.
Pressure line blocked
Suction line blocked
Leak on the suction side
Filter cover seal defective.
Filter cartridge of the pump
clogged.
Filter cartridge of the pump be-
comes clogged too soon.
Overload protection has switched
the pump off due to overheating.
Dry run protection has switched
off the pump.
Blockage on the suction side
The flow wheel is moving slug-
gishly or is jammed
Non-return valve defective.

Remedy
Fill the pump and ensure
that the water does not flow
out on the pressure side.
• Open the water with-
drawal point on the pres-
sure side.
• Route the pressure hose
without kinks.
• Clean the connection on
the suction side and the
suction line.
• Route the suction hose
without kinks
Eliminate leak on the suc-
tion side
Replace the filter cover
seal.
Clean or replace the filter
and filter cover.
Install an external, larger
pre-filter (optional accesso-
ry).
• Clean the connection on
the suction side and the
suction line.
• Allow the pump to cool
down.
Clean the intake and suc-
tion line.
Clean the intake and suc-
tion line.
Clean or replace the flow
wheel
