9 Adjusting the heat curve
The two parameters T-slope and T-adjustment are used to adjust the
heat curve:
• T-slope: This parameter is used to change the slope of the graph
in a supply temperature–outdoor temperature diagram. See
illustration below.
For example, houses that are well insulated and are heated by a
floor heating system require a gentle slope of the curve in the
diagram.
On the other hand, houses that are poorly insulated or are heated
with radiators require a higher slope value.

T-adjustment: The curves in the diagram all pass through the
point where outdoor and supply temperatures are both 20°C.
The T-adjustment parameter is used to move the curves vertically.
If the house is not warm enough at moderate outdoor
temperatures, then it is recommended to increase the
T-adjustment setting.
