Malfunctions
ON/OFF switch does not
illuminate
No ventilation
Heating module does not
heat, ventilation keeps
going
If you experience a malfunction which can not be resolved, please contact your authorized

Troubleshooting

Possible reason
No power
Light diode defective
▪ Ventilation blocked by an
obstacle
▪ Ventilation defective
Set temperature below
ambient temperature
Thermal motor circuit
breaker triggered by heating
overload
▪ Motor defective
▪ Control electronics

Troubleshooting
▪ Check size and shape of
plug and compatibility to
your electrical socket
▪ Check circuit breakers
▪ Check device fuses (see
below)

Set temperature higher than
ambient temperature
▪ Wait 20 minutes; when
sufficiently cooled down
the heating will restart
automatically
