Measures:
Wait until the unit has completely cooled. The device checks the temperature automatically. It
is not possible to continue working unless the temperature has gone done sufficiently.
Circuit protection
Please check
1) whether the induction coil resp. induction tube is fixed correctly to the device;
2) whether one induction coil resp. induction tube is damaged;
3) whether a short circuit has been caused by induction coils
Overvoltage protection
Please check
1) whether the main power voltage is too high;
2) whether a short circuit has been caused by induction coils
3) whether too many windings have been placed around the object to be heated when using
an induction tube.
Measure:
Reduce the number of windings and try again.
Maintenance and care
The Induction Heater F – 2300 is maintenance-free. The housing should be cleaned with a dry
cloth.
Attention! Never us a damp or wet cloth and do not use solvents, these could damage the
device or have negative effects onto its function. Never us an induction coil when its insulat-
ing protection cover is damaged or worn out.
Warranty and repair
Theo Förch GmbH & Co. KG and its sales partner provide a one (1) year warranty from the
date of purchase to all parts and the material of the Induction Heater F – 2300.
The induction coils and the induction tube are excluded from this warranty. It is assumed
that the persons who operate the unit have read the operational instructions and the safety
information carefully and act in compliance with them.
The warranty is void in case of misuse, negligence, improper handling, normal wear, ma-
nipulations or modifications to the unit or other illegal acts. Further the warranty is void if the
Induction Heater F – 2300 was opened by a third party who did not have the prior written
consent of Theo Förch GmbH & Co. KG.
Theo Förch GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for any direct, consequential or incidence damages
due to incorrect functioning of the Induction Heater F – 2300.
