Balsamic
Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in jug.
Ava´s Favourite
Babyfood
INGREDIENTS
½ clove garlic
½ tsp turmeric
small piece of ginger
½ cup potato
½ cup sweet potato
1 tbsp pesto
dash coconut water / water
Parboil potato and sweet potato.
Place all ingredients in jug.

Ceasar Salad
Dressing/Dip
INGREDIENTS
4 cloves garlic (roasted if preferred)

cup soy or almond milk

1 cup raw cashews

2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp dijon mustard
pinch of black pepper
Combine all ingredients in jug.
Pumpkin Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 cup pumpkin - peeled and
roughly chopped
1 clove garlic
1 red onion roughly chopped
1 tin coconut cream or milk
1 cup chicken or veggie stock
1 whole chilli (if desired)
3cm ginger (if desired)
Place all ingredients in jug.
Remove from jug and heat over stove.
