Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
4 leaves of kale
½ cup spinach
½ cup cucumber
1 pear
1 banana
Place all ingredients in jug and fi ll to
the max line with your chosen liquid.
Go Go Ginger
INGREDIENTS
3cm ginger
1 pear
½ lemon
2 stalks kale
Place all ingredients in jug and
fi ll to the max line with your
chosen liquid.
Tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Lebanese cucumber
1 cup thick Greek yoghurt
2 tsp olive oil
chopped spring onion
few sprigs of parsley
Place all ingredients in jug.
Use the PULSE mode until
ingredients are suffi ciently
processed. You can then transfer
Tzatziki to the preservation jug to
remove air and save for later.
Double ingredients for larger
quantities.
