1. The temperature of the food should be 20-25
lower temperatures will increase or decrease the cooking times.
2. Temperature, weight and shape of the food do influence the cooking procedure
significantly. If you note differences from the above specified information,
customize the cooking times for providing a better result.

Wash the rice. Soak for 30 min.. Place the rice in a deep
and big bowl. Add water as follows:
Rice 100g/200g/300g → 180ml/300ml/480ml water.
Leave the covered rice to rest for 5 minutes or until the
water is absorbed after cooking.
Place 0.2 to 0.8 kg vegetable in a microwave-suitable bowl.
Add the relevant amount of water. 0.2 to 0.4 kg 2
tablespoons; 0.5 to 0.8 kg 4 tablespoons. Cover. Stir after
cooking and leave it to rest.
Look at AC-2 (except cooking time).
For corn in bags, which are available in supermarkets with
a weight of 3.0 OZ (85g) or 3.5 OZ (100g). When the
popping-speed has decreased to 1 every 1-2 seconds, press

Cups containing 0.25 kg or 0.5 kg liquid at a temperature

Leave to rest for 5 minutes after coking.
Example: Steaming of 0.45 kg fish.
