( 41, detail 5-6) Fit the vertical sealant and move the glass-
door near the fixed one.
( 41, details 7-8) If you have not already done so, attach
the lower support and insert the ball into the ball pin.
NOTE: with the HAMMAM, we recommend placing silicone
in the holes of the cover to which the hinge is attached.
( 41, details 9-10) Start to install the glass by inserting the
lower hinge on the support pin and apply the longer set screw.
Support the glass until it is correctly fixed to the hinge!
( 41, details 11-12-13-14-15) Keep the glass open, insert
the ball inside the hinge and then the support in the hinge.
Fix the upper support and then apply the longer set screw.
( 41, details 16-17) From the inner side, fully apply the cov-
ers to the plates.
( 42, details 1-2) Apply the magnet in the upper gasket of
each door, as indicated.
(detail 3-4) Assemble the gaskets:
- upper
- lower
( 43, details 1-2) Apply the magnetic gaskets, to both the
door glass and the built-in glass, ensuring correct assembly di-
rection.
(detail 3) Check that they are "flush" with the upper couplers.
( 43, detail 4) Check the glass opening and closing, act-
ing, if necessary, on the screw(s) within the hinge. (detail 5)
Once you have completed adjustment, insert the shorter-length
screw(s), tighten it, and finally apply the caps.
( 44) Attach handles, as indicated.
NOTE:
- the handle with transparent rubber caps (C) must be attached to
external sides.
- the wood handle must be attached to the internal glass sides of
the sauna.

Accessories

Shower:
( 45) Screw the shower pipe to the respective connection,
using the coupler; then screw in the shower, using the filter
strainer.
Sauna:
( 46, detail 1) Attach the thermometer-hygrometer to the
base wall at the same level as the temperature probe.
(detail 2) Position the headrest on the highest bench.
(details 3-4) Bring the bucket and accompanying wood spoon
to the inside of the appliance.
The timer should be placed in the most convenient location.
( 47) Where present, close off the back of the appliance us-
ing the provided panels (one or two, depending on the installa-
tion type).
( 48-48a) Where present, install the cladding panel(s) (op-
tional).
Installing the cornice
In the instance of a wood cornice (see relative assembly
diagram, 49) carry out installation in order to ensure a
perfect 45° joint of the various elements.
The installation methods are identical as with the other
models.
( 50-50a-50b) Apply double-sided tape (fine) to the back
of the components of the cornice; apply a line of silicone and
proceed with the assembly of the various elements in the indi-
cated order (the cornice must be inserted under the cover).
The upper cornice must be "flush" with the roof frame,
otherwise it will not be possible to open the door.

If installation is carried out by personnel unqualified and/or unau-
thorised to certify the work carried out.
If current norms and legal provisions regarding the electric systems
of buildings in the country in which installation is carried out are
not complied with.
If the instructions for installation and maintenance contained in
this manual are not followed.
If unsuitable and/or uncertified materials are used for installation.
Spas are not installed in compliance with the above provisions.
If incorrect operations are performed that reduce the level of pro-
tection of the electrical equipment against water jets, modify the
protection against electrocution due to direct or indirect contact,
or produce abnormal conditions of insulation, current leakage or
overheating.
If any components or parts of the appliance are altered in relation
to the original state when supplied, releasing the Manufacturer
from any liability.
If the appliance is repaired by unauthorised personnel or if spare
parts are used other than the original ones supplied by Jacuzzi Eu-
rope S.p.A.
