( 19-19a, detail 3-4) Once the correct position has been
found, place a line of silicone under each cover and assemble
them as indicated, according to the model.
( 19-19a, detail 5-6) Also place the silicone in the areas be-
tween:
- the small glass panels and the external covers
- the large glass panels and the front cover .
NOTE:
- (detail 2) to ensure increased stability, we recommend attaching
the supports below the hinge above the external covers "I" (in the
case of the HAMMAM, we recommend placing silicone in the
holes of the cover to which the hinge is attached).
- remove any excess silicone below covers otherwise the assembly of
the wood cornice may prove difficult.
( 20, details 1-2-3) Take the shower frame and remove the
3 walls (disconnect the shower cascade on the upper wall from the
pipe coming from the mixer system).
Position the frame on the base and attach it to the adjacent verti-
cal wall dowels (T)
( 21) Caulk the base cover of the shower tray with the sili-
cone sealant and apply it as indicated.
( 22, details 1-2-3) Insert the profiles under the glass
couplers (the coupler on the profile must be positioned facing
outwards) and rotate them so that a silicone line can be placed
along the entire area which:
- flanks the profiles of the adjacent walls,
- flanks the shower frame.
(detail 4) Re-position the profiles resting against each other and
the shower frame, ensuring that they are fully inserted under the
couplers.
( 23-23a, details 1-2) Place the silicone on the shower base
frame and apply the covers to the base, in the following manner:
- insert them underneath the lip seal of the glazing bead
so that
- they are positioned above the base frame and inside the metal
tank.
Check that they are resting against the front cover (see also
detail 4)
(detail 3) Place the silicone in the contact area between the
covers.
(detail 4) Also place the silicone in the contact areas between
the covers.
( 24-24a, details 1-2) Place a line of silicone on the inner
edge of the "U" shaped covers and insert them between the glass
panels and the base frame, as indicated (resting against the front
cover).
(detail 3) Place the silicone in the indicated areas.
Gasket assembly
( 25, details 1-2) After having measured the length, cut
some sections from the sealant roll which must be applied to
the inner edge of the following profiles:
- the glass panels/the small panels/ (lower, vertical and upper side).
- the glass panels/the large panels/ (lower, vertical and upper side).
NOTE: it is recommended to cut approx. 5 cm more of the sealant
than the nominal length and then remove any remaining length
once assembly is complete.
Installing the shower wall (1)
( 26) Position the lower wall so that it rests against the base
profile and attach it to the frame as indicated.
NOTE: route the equipotential lead upwards, fastening it, in prepa-
ration for subsequent connection.
( 27, detail 1) Draw the wall towards the mixer system and the
wall connections and connect it using the provided flexible pipes.
(detail. 2) route the shower cascade connection pipe upwards, fas-
tening it, in preparation for subsequent connection.
(detail 3) Carry out equipotential connection between the frame
terminal and the mixer system.
( 28, details 1-2) Carry out connection of the electrical
power supply to the indicated junction box; then connect the
display to the indicated cable.
(detail 3) Attach the display to the wall and assemble the cornice.
( 28, detail 1a) Connect the two light cables (4) to the ca-
bles coming from the adjacent structures.
( 28, detail 4) Layer the wall over the one underneath and
attach it as indicated.
