Re-tighten the tank restraint strap. See Figure 3a.

If not already assembled, connect the controller to the power
cord and the band. See Figure 3b.

Connect the CCS200 inlet line to the N
valve.

5. Operating Instructions
1.
Verify that the ON / OFF control valves on the CCS200 console
are each set to the "OFF" position. Check both System 1 and
System 2 control valves.
CAUTION: If Tank Heater is plugged in for more than 30 minutes with the
tank valve CLOSED, OPEN tank valve SLOWLY. The Console may be
damaged if pressure exceeds 950 psi. Unplug the Tank Heater from the
power outlet. Wait two (2) hours minimum before opening the valve.
2.
Plug the Tank Heater power cord into a 110V outlet. The
controller will always be "ON".
3.
Monitor the tank pressure gage on the CCS200 filter assembly
every 15 minutes.
4.
If the tank pressure reaches 950 psi, unplug the Tank Heater.
5.
Continue to monitor the cylinder pressure gauge every 15
minutes.
