The brakes are adjusted at the factory.PLEASE NOTE...
- When you use TANGO it must be fully unfolded.
- When the basket is fully laden you must be careful as the driving
properties can be changed. This is particularly important when passing
over thresholds or the edge of the pavement.
- Max load in the basket is 10 kg.
- When you sit on the seat the brake must be in the parking brake position.
- The walking frame must not be used to transport people.
- When using stairs the walking frame should be folded.
- When sitting on the walking frame and moving it backwards or forwards
using your legs please take extra care. Avoid sitting on the walking frame
when going over the edge of rugs and thresholds.
- When using on a sloping surface please take extra care.
- The walker can easily negotiate pavements by using the tilter or by lifting
the front with help of the cross tube.
NB.Do not lift the walker by the seat.

Back support When the backrest is assembled and the height of the
pushhandles set at 76 or 79 cm, the walker can be folded only to
a width of 28cm.

LENGTH OF LIFE

The walking frame has been tested and fulfils the requirements in
accordance with prEN ISO/DIS 11199-2. The durability test according
to this method corresponds to a lifespan of 5 years at normal use.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

- Clean the walking frame with car shampoo or washing up liquid.
- Max washing temperature 80°C.
- Do not use any solvents when cleaning.
- TANGO walking frame can be washed in a machine.
- If your walking frame feels unstable or does not work properly
– contact the person who adjusts the equipment (retailer). A faulty
walking frame must not be used.
- Do not tamper with the walking frame yourself.
- ETAC is not liable for damage to walking frames which has occurred
through adjustments, temporary repairs, etc., carried out without its
knowledge.
