3.1 START OF SERVICE


Open the water supply tap

Turn on the main switch

Open the door and make sure the internal
components are positioned properly

Close the door and press the "on / off"
button.
On the two displays, the message "LOAD"
appears with a sound alarm composed of three
"beeps".

At this point, the
automatically, on the two displays are displayed
alternately: "LOAD" with the basin temperature on
the Lh and that of the boiler on the Rh.
the loading cycle ends when the message "LOAD"
disappears from the two displays.
WARNING !! In the initial filling, the water
passes through the boiler to fill the basin, this
takes place continuously until reaching the
desired level.
This filling takes place with no preheating of
the boiler, thus, if connected to cold water,
after the initial filling, the content of the basin
will be cold.
RECOMMENDED:
c) Turn the glass washer 30 minutes prior to
use by staff.
d) Once the filling cycle is over, make 2 or 3
empty cycles in such a way that the basin
temperature adapts according to the
recommended standard (45 - 50°C).

The filling and heating phase ends when the
display shows that the temperature of the basin
and boiler matches the set-point temperature
(factory settings 50°C for the basin and 82°C for
the boiler).

3.2 WASHING TIMES

The washing cycle includes washing with hot
water and detergent (min 50°C) and rinsing with
hot water and rinse aid (min 82°C).
