between 10 seconds (default) and 12 minutes.
Alarm Time
6. Delay time
The delay time can be set to any value between 0 seconds (default) and 3 minutes.
•
For an exit delay: (10 sec - 3 mins)
The delay time starts when the on / off push button is depressed (on position).
Alarms are only enabled after the delay time.
•
For an entry delay: (0 sec - 3 mins)
When an alarm is detected, it will trigger the relay(s) after the delay time is over.
To prevent this from happening, press the on/off push button before the delay
time elapses.
7. Relays
The relays have a powered (12-15V DC) common (COM) by factory default. That is,
connectors J5, J9, J13 have links between pin 1 and 2. The holder position for the
linking bars, for an unpowered COM, is between pin 2 and 3.
The N/O (normally open) contact is used for the siren and strobe. When an alarm
occurs the relay is energized and the contacts close.
Access to relay 3 contacts, used for external alarm inputs and N/C (normally closed)
relay contacts, are by screw type connectors internal to the enclosure.
