Always keep the serial number of the product and
appliance/model name at hand before calling. You
may find these information on the type label of the
appliance.
WARNING!
Repairs and maintenance shall be car-
ried out only by trained specialists (e.g.
an authorized Fakir service center). Use
genuine Fakir replacement parts for these
procedures. Appliances that are repaired
by unauthorized persons or that are not
maintained properly pose a risk for the
user.
