Turny Getting seated
The control card's messages
Messages during normal operation
No supply voltage, has actuated ignition or changed
polarity.
The unit is in power saving mode and none of the
manual control's buttons are depressed (slow-flash-
ing dot).
The unit is between the inner and outer rotary
switches and is ready for use. None of the manual
control's buttons are depressed (flashing dot).
The unit is between the inner and outer rotary
switches. One or more of the manual control's but-
tons are depressed (dot with steady light).
Limit position max rotated in is actuated. The seat
can only be manoeuvred out. The message is not
displayed in power saving mode.
Limit position max turned out is actuated. The seat
can be manoeuvred both in and out. The message is
not displayed in power saving mode.
The overcurrent protection has been triggered and
stopped the unit. The message remains visible until
a new movement is started or power saving mode
comes on.
Breaking circuit is open. The unit is blocked. The
message is not displayed in power saving mode.
The electronic pinch protection has been triggered.
The message remains visible until a new movement
starts or the unit goes into power saving mode.

To see the current software version, first disconnect the power to the
control card and then reconnect it. Disconnect the power by /
Option 1 - removing the fuse
Option 2 - deactivating the ignition (if a cable is connected to +15)
Option 3 - disconnecting the power cable under Turny
Messages if an error occurs
The manual control is not connected or there is a
cable break in the manual control.
The manual control has short-circuited. The cable
has probably been squashed.
Potentiometer not connected or cable break on
potentiometer.
Potentiometer value does not change when the
lifting motor is actuated.
The limit positions for both rotated in and rotated
out are actuated simultaneously. Probably a fault on
one of the microswitches.
The upper limit position remains actuated when the
lifting motor moves in a downwards direction.
The upper switch is not actuated while the outer ro-
tary switch (b) is open. Turny cannot be manoeuvred
and is not in safe mode in order to drive the vehicle.
The time limit for manoeuvring, 180 seconds, has
been reached.
