During Training
1.
Remove the trainer immediately if the dog appears agitated or distressed.
2.
Deploy the trainer in a mindful fashion. Disciplining your dog too frequently is bad
for both the dog and the training regime!
3.
On the second or third time of using, check that your dog is responsive to the spray
trainer and that it prompts him or her to refrain from the behaviour in question.
If your dog is not responsive, you should deploy an alternative method of training.
4.
Your training sessions should last for a maximum of one hour per day. Remove the
trainer after every session and switch it off.
5.
Always reward your dog after a successful training session.
