About This Product

The vacuum control unit aids in the handling and assembly of small, sensitive
workpieces that, for various reasons, can or should not be assembled using other
devices.
The use of vacuum tweezers during assembly has a cleaning effect, since the
workpiece is surrounded by vacuum pressure. Handling oily components does not
pose any difficulties.
The form of the vacuum tweezers makes them equally suitable for both left-handers
and right-handers.
5
Assembly, Commissioning, Operation
O Let the product acclimatize for several hours before commissioning,
otherwise water may condense in the housing.
Danger of injury if assembled under pressure or voltage!
Assembling when under pressure or electrical voltage can lead to injuries and
damage to the device.
O Make sure the components are not under pressure or voltage when
assemblying and connecting them.
O Protect the device against being switched on.
Assembly
The control unit (14) can be assembled at a workstation as follows:
W
Remove the threaded pins and the bracket handle
housing profile. Now you will see two sliding blocks.
