Silencer assembly (optional):

10.Screw the silencer
1 to the exhaust connection

Commissioning
1. Make sure that the control unit and all components are correctly connected
(also see "„Assembly"").
2. Turn on the control unit using the main switch
3. Hold the vacuum tweezers with an easy, comfortable grip, e. g. like a pencil.

1 to activate the vacuum.

An illuminated LED
means that the vacuum is active.
5. Press the button again to deactivate the vacuum.

2 will not be illuminated (vacuum is off).

Service and Repairs

Cleaning and servicing

Seal all openings with suitable protective caps to prevent detergents from
penetrating the system.

Never use solvents or strong detergents. Only clean the product using a slightly
damp cloth. Only use water to do this and, if necessary, a mild detergent.
Maintenance
O Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
Cleaning or replacing the silencer

3. Screw the silencer
1 back onto the exhaust connection
If the vacuum capacity is not restored, exchange the silencer as described below:

2. Screw the new silencer (1827000023)
If the vacuum capacity is not restored, please contact your authorized AVENTICS
dealer.

Exchanging the dirt filter (spare part)
1. Remove both coupling pieces from the dirt filter

2. Replace the dirt filter

3. Place the coupling pieces back onto the dirt filter

Disassembly and Exchange

O Make sure that the system is not under voltage or pressure.
Danger of injury if disassembled or exchanged under pressure or voltage!
Disassembly or exchange when under pressure or electrical voltage can lead to
injuries and damage to the device.
O Make sure that the device is not under pressure or voltage before
disassembling the product or exchanging parts.
O Protect the device against being switched on.
Exchanging components
1. Remove the components from the control unit.
2. Install new components, see "„Assembly"", "„Maintenance"" and "Accessories".

Disposal
Scrap the device and fluid in accordance with local regulations.
