4.4.2 Setting lower cut-out points and equal positi-
oning of the support arms

Automatic cut-out on reaching the cut-out points is
not active in modes "4" and "5". Do not move as far
as the stop, as otherwise the lifting carriage will jam
on the lifting spindle and the loadbearing nut will be
damaged. The voltage value of the potentiometers
(Fig. 4, Items 1 and 2) must therefore always be
measured (between green and white). This voltage
value must not drop below 200 mV.
1. Set the encoding switch to "4".
2. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 Main column single traverse mode selected.
3. Press the button u (lowering).
 The main column support arms move downwards.
 Lower the support arms until there is a clearance
of at least 25 mm (10 mm safety and approx. 15
mm run-on reserve) between the lowest point of
the support arm and the floor.
4. Set the encoding switch to "5".
5. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 Secondary column single traverse mode selected.
6. Press the button u (lowering).
 The secondary column support arms move down-
wards.
 Lower the support arms as far as the cut-out
point or exactly to the point at which there is a
clearance of at least 25 mm (10 mm safety and
approx. 15 mm run-on reserve) between the lo-
west point of the support arm and the floor.
7. Set the encoding switch to "1".
8. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 light (green).
9. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 flash (green).
 The lower cut-out points have been stored.
10. Set the encoding switch to "2".
11. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 light (green).
12. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 flash (green).
 The height difference equalization (respective le-
vel of lifting carriages) has been stored.
13. Set the encoding switch to "0".
14. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 This selects operating mode.

15. Press the button o (raise) and move the support
arms upwards by approx. 10 cm.
16. Press the button u (lowering) to check the set cut-
out positions.

If the cut-out points are too high, they can be mo-
ved downwards by 15 mm (run-on) in each case by
repeating the steps.
4.4.3 Setting upper cut-out points

If the cut-out point is adjusted upwards, the volta-
ge value of the potentiometers (Fig. 4, Items 1 and
2) must always be measured (between green and
white). This voltage value must not drop below 4.8 V.

The setting for the upper cut-out point also depends
on the ceiling height and maximum height of the
vehicles to be raised.
1. Set the encoding switch to "0".
2. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 This selects operating mode.
3. Press and hold the button o (raise).
 The main column and secondary column support
arms move upwards.
4. Move the support arms to the required height.

Never exceed the maximum height of 1900 mm
between the lower edge of the support arms and the
upper edge of the column base plate.
5. Set the encoding switch to "3".
6. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 light (green).
7. Confirm with <ENTER>.
 LED1 and LED2 flash (green).
 The upper cut-out points have been stored.
8. Press the button u (lowering) and move the support
arms approx. 10 cm downwards.
9. Press the button o (raise) to check the set cut-out
positions.
