7. TROUBLESHOOTING

The followng table lsts common problems, possble causes and remedes. Should
further problems persst, please contact your local servcng dealer.

Possible Causes
AC power not connected.
Battery dscharged.
Battery defectve or past
ts useful lfe.
Unstable envronment.
Interference under pan.
Improper calbraton.
settng up Countng APW
s too small.
The value for settng up
Percent weghng s not
vald.
Load exceeds scale
capacty.
Remedy
Connect scale to power.
Replace battery by an
authorzed servce dealer.
Ensure a stable
envronment.
Ensure that the weghng
pan s unobstructed and
free to move.
Calbrate the scale usng
proper calbraton weghts.
Replace the scale.
Have the load cell replaced.
Increase the weght on
the pan untl the resultng
APW s greater than the
mnmum.
Place a reference weght
greater than 9d on the pan.
Reduce the load on the pan.
