FAULT
The scaling tip doesn't vibrate and
there is no water flowing out when
stepping on the foot switch.
The scaling tip doesn't vibrate but
there is water flowing out when step-
ping on the foot switch.
The scaling tip vibrates but there is
no spray when stepping on the foot
switch.
The vibration of the tip is weak.
There is water seeping from the
coupling between the handpiece and
the cable.
There is no water coming out from
the handpiece (automatic mode).
The u-file doesn't vibrate.
There is noise coming from the
endochuck.
If the problem still can't be solved, please contact with local dealer or manufacturer.
Remarks
Remark 1.
Turn the water control knob as the symbol shows. One direction is the minimum with the opposite being the maximum.
Remark 2.
If the scaling tip has been screwed on tightly and there is fine spray too, the following indications my show that the scaling tip is damaged:
- The vibration intensity and the water spray become obviously weak.
- During treatment, a humming sound comes from the scaling tip.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power plug is loose.
The foot switch connection is loose.
The fuse in the main unit is broken.
The tip is in loose contact.
The connection between the handpiece and the
circuit board is loose.
Fault with handpiece.
Fault with cable.
The water control knob is not on.
The tip hasn't been screwed on to the handpiece
tightly.
The tip is loose because of vibration.
The coupling between the handpiece and the cable
isn't dry.
The tip is damaged (see remark 2).
The waterproof "O" ring is damaged.
There is air in the water pipe.
The screw is loose.
Endochuck is damaged.
The screw is loose.

SOLUTIONS
Insert the plug securely in the socket.
Insert the foot switch to its socket tightly.
Contact our dealer for us.
Contact our dealer for us.
Contact our dealer for us.
Send the handpiece to repair.
Contact our dealer for us.
Turn the water control knob (see remark 1).
Screw the tip on the handpiece tightly (see figure 6).
Screw on the tip tightly (see figure 6).
Dry it by hot air.
Change the tip.
Change to a new "O" ring.
Turn the water control to the max. Reinsert the
bottle.
Tighten it.
Change for a new one.
Tighten it.
