Technische Daten
• Durchfluss bei 3 bar Fließdruck:
Installation
Kalt- und Warmwasserzufuhr absperren.
Einbauschablonen entfernen.
I. Montage der Seitenventile, siehe Klappseite II, Abb. [1]
und [2].
1. Spindelverlängerung (A) auf Unterputz-Ventil Oberteil
aufstecken und Verlängerungshülse (B) aufschrauben,
siehe Abb. [1].
2. Verlängerungshülse mit Spindelverlängerung ablängen, so
dass sich ein Einbaumaß von 0mm bis max. 3,5mm ergibt,
siehe Abb. [2].
II. Montage des Auslaufes, siehe Klappseite II und III,
Abb. [3] bis [9].
1. Maß „Y" von der Oberkante des Unterputz-Gehäuses bis
zur Fliesenoberkante ermitteln, siehe Abb. [3].
2. Adapterstück (C) ablängen, so dass sich ein Gesamtmaß
von „Y"+8mm ergibt.
3. Adapterstück (C) mit 10mm Innensechskantschlüssel so in
das Unterputz-Gehäuse einschrauben, dass sich ein
Einbaumaß von 4mm-10mm ergibt, siehe Abb. [4].
4. Anschlussnippel (D) mit einem 10mm Innensechskant-
schlüssel lose in das Adapterstück (C) einschrauben, siehe
Abb. [5].
5. Dichtung (E) und Rosette (F) über den Anschlussnippel (D)
gegen die Wand schieben, siehe Abb. [6].

Installation
Shut off cold and hot water supply!
Remove fitting templates.
I. Install side valves, see fold-out page II, Figs. [1] and [2].
1. Mount spindle extension (A) on the headpart of the
concealed valve and screw on extension sleeve (B), see
Fig. [1].
2. Cut extension sleeve with spindle extension to length, so
that the installation dimension is 0mm to max. 3.5mm, see
Fig. [2].
II. Install spout, see fold-out pages II and III, Figs. [3] to [9].
1. Determine dimension "Y" from upper edge of concealed
mixer housing to face of tiles, see Fig. [3].
2. Cut adapter (C) to length, so that the installation dimension
is "Y" + 8mm.
3. Using a 10mm allen key, screw adapter (C) into the
concealed housing until the installation dimension
is 4mm - 10mm, see Fig. [4].
4. Loosely screw connection nipple (D) into adapter (C) using
a 10mm allen key, see Figs. [5].
5. Push seal (E) and escutcheon (F) over connection
nipple (D) and against the wall, see Fig. [6].

6. Rosette (F) nach oben schieben und durch Festschrauben
von Anschlussnippel (D) an der Wand befestigen, siehe
Abb. [7].
7. Anschlussnippel (G) mit einem 8mm Innensechskant-
ca. 6 l/min
schlüssel in den Anschlussnippel (D) einschrauben, siehe
Abb. [8].
8. Auslauf (H) mit Dichtungen (J) und Zierring (K) auf
Anschlussnippel (G) aufstecken, siehe Klappseite III
Abb. [9].
9. Mit einem 2,5mm Innensechskantschlüssel Gewindestift (L)
von unten befestigen und Stopfen (L1) einsetzen.
III.Montage der Rosetten und Griffe, siehe Abb. [9] und [10].
1. Griff (M) mit Gleitring (N) auf das vormontierte Seitenventil
aufschrauben und mit beiliegendem Werkzeug (O)
festschrauben, siehe Abb. [9].
2. Rosettenträger (P) auf Griff (M) aufstecken. Einbaulage
beachten, siehe Abb. [10].
3. Rosette (Q) mit Zierring (R) auf Rosettenträger (P)
aufschnappen.
IV.Ablaufgarnitur einbauen, siehe Klappseite I.
Kelch abdichten!
Kalt- und Warmwasserzufuhr öffnen und Anschlüsse auf
Dichtheit prüfen.
Wartung
Alle Teile prüfen, reinigen, evtl. austauschen und mit
Spezialarmaturenfett einfetten.
Kalt- und Warmwasserzufuhr absperren.
I. Oberteil, siehe Abb. [11] und [12].
II. Mousseur (45 987) austauschen, siehe Klappseite I.
Ersatzteile, siehe Klappseite I (* = Sonderzubehör).
6. Push escutcheon (F) upwards and fasten against the wall
by tightening connection nipple (D), see Fig. [7].
7. Screw connection nipple (G) into connection nipple (D)
using an 8mm allen key, see Fig. [8].
approx. 6 l/min
8. Fit spout (H) with seals (J) and decorative trim (K) to
connection nipple (G), see fold-out page III, Fig. [9].
9. Tighten set screw (L) from below using a 2.5mm allen key
and insert plug (L1).
III.Install escutcheons and handles, see Figs. [9] and [10].
1. Screw handle (M) with slide ring (N) onto the
pre-assembled side valve and fasten using enclosed
tool (O), see Fig. [9].
2. Fit escutcheon mounting base (P) onto handle (M).
Observe correct installation position, see Fig. [10].
3. Clip escutcheon (Q) with decorative trim (R) onto
escutcheon mounting base (P).
IV.Fit pop-up waste set, see fold-out page I.
Seal plug-hole rim!
Open hot and cold water supply and check connections
for watertightness.
Maintenance
Inspect and clean all parts, replace as necessary and lubricate
with special grease.
Shut off hot and cold water supply.
