About the power
management
• By default, this system is set to turn
off automatically in about 15 minutes
when there is no operation, and no
audio signal is detected. For details,
see "Setting the automatic standby
function" (page 24).
• You can reduce the power
consumption using the no display
mode (Power Saving mode). For
details, see "Saving the battery
power" (page 25).
Checking the battery level of the
rechargeable battery
You can check the remaining battery
level via voice guidance and by a
message on the display.
You can also check the battery
level using "Sony | Music Center"
(page 20).
