supply system so that the fan turns on as soon as gas supply is opened.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

The appliance must be installed at least 20 cm from the wall.
1 - Make sure the gas mains features correspond to those indicated on the appliance
plate.

Do not use the appliance if the gas mains features do not correspond to those indi-
cated on the specific plate.
If gas mains features do not correspond to those indicated on the specific plate,
have an expert technician with specific skills transform gas.
2 - Prepare food product and insert it on the skewer until it rests against the support
base.
3 - Insert the skewer in the appliance and adjust skewer distance from the burners using
the knobs (about 10 cm).
4 - Use the switch (A) to start skewer rotation.
5 - Press and rotate the knob (C) counter-clockwise (pos. C2) and simultaneously press
the piezoelectric switch (B) repeatedly to ignite the pilot flame.
6 - Hold down the knob for about 10 sec. to trigger the thermocouple.
7 - Rotate the knob (C) clockwise to set flame power.
8 - Rotate the knobs (D) counter-clockwise to set top burner flame power.
9 - When food product is correctly cooked, used the switch (A) to stop skewer rotation
and turn off the burners.
10 - Retrieve food product using specific utensils.
A specific electrical knife , supplied upon request, can be used to retrieve food
product.
The first time the appliance is used, remove any protective film lining and run the
oven without food product for enough time (about 30 minutes) to eliminate unpleas-
ant odours.
