6. Troubleshooting guide

A) Error warnings
Error warnings will appear on the LCD, as shown, if the following occur:
Error Possible reasons and solutions
Err 1 The measurement of the pressure is impossible. The tube of the cuff is not
connected correctly or is folded. Please verify the connection and the tube of
the cuff.
Err 2 The inflation is insufficient or the user has moved or talked during the measurement.
Please stay calm for one minute and restart the measurement without moving
and talking.
Err 3 The inflation of the cuff is incorrect. Please verify that the cuff is properly wrapped
and that the connection of the tube is correct. Restart the measurement.
Err 5 The difference between systolic and diastolic is excessive. Measure again carefully
following proper cuff procedures and ensure measurement under quiet conditions.
