Important
Carefully read the instructions before using the child seat. Follow them
accurately and keep them for future reference.

Warnings
1 - This is a "Universal" child restraint. It is approved in accordance with
Regulation No. 44, amendments series 04. It is suitable for general use in
vehicles and is compatible with most, but not all, car seats.
2 - Perfect compatibility is more likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared
in the handbook that it is suitable for the installation of "Universal" child
restraints for the age group in question.
3 - This child restraint has been classified as "Universal" under more stringent
conditions than those applied to earlier models that do not carry this notice.
4 - This child restraint is only suitable for use in vehicles fitted with 3-point static
or inertia reel safety belts approved in accordance with UN/ECE Regulation
No.16 or other equivalent standards.
5 - If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.

Carefully follow the instructions to use the device.
Do not tamper with or modify the child seat in any way.
Warning: if the child seat is assembled or used incorrectly, the safety of the
child may be seriously jeopardized.
Position the child seat so that it cannot be damaged when the car doors are
closed, when the seats are adjusted or during similar actions.
Do not leave an unattended child in the seat.
Do not leave the child seat in the car in the sun: the plastic parts may become
very hot.
Make sure that luggage and other items in the car are well-fastened. All
passengers must wear safety belts.
Fasten the child seat to the car seat with the car's seat belts even when there
is no child in it.
Periodically check the condition of the child seat. Replace the seat if it is damaged
or shows signs of wear.
Do not use the product if there are any broken or missing parts.
Only use original spare parts.
In the event of an accident
All passengers must be informed about how to take the child out of the seat.
The child seat must be replaced after an accident: it may have suffered damage
that is not visible on the outside.
Comfort
When the child seat is used on the back seat, make sure that there is enough
room for the child's feet. If necessary, move the front seat slightly forward.
Take frequent breaks during long journeys so that the child is free to move
around.
How to use the child seat
Position the child seat on one of the vehicle's back seats or on the front passenger
seat.
Warning: in some countries, the Highway Code prohibits the use of child seats on
front seats: check the Highway Code of the country you are driving in.
Warning: the child seat must face the vehicle's direction of travel.
Warning: do not place the child seat on a seat that is only fitted with a lap belt.
Warning: do not put anything between the child seat and the car seat.
Warning: do not place the seat on swivel seats or seats not facing the car's
direction of travel.
How to fit the child seat in the car
Fit the strap of the additional safety belt guide in the slot of the seat on the same
side of the buckle of the car's seat belt.
Position the child seat on the vehicle's seat so that it rests completely on the seat
and against the backrest.
Warning: the areas where the seat belts need to be inserted are marked in red.
Do not insert the car's seat belts in positions other than those indicated.
Place the child in the child seat.
Adjust the length of the belt guide strap so that the top is aligned with the child's
shoulder (Fig. 1).
Pass the car's seat belt as shown in figure 2; fasten the buckle.
Pull the car seat belt, make sure it is not twisted and that it fits close against the
child's body.
Warning: During the journey periodically check that the child has not freed itself
from the child seat.
Maintenance
Remove the cover completely to wash it.
Follow the washing instructions reported on the label attached to the fabric.
Wash plastic parts using warm water and soap. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents.
Warning: the covers are an integral part of the child seat: the seat must not be
used without the covers. The covers must only be replaced with original spare
parts.
