5. Remove the internal speaker. See "Replacing the internal speaker" on page 112.
6. Remove the internal speaker holder. See "Replacing the internal speaker holder" on page 114.
7. Remove the heat sink. See "Replacing the heat sink" on page 116.
8. Press the small handle

9. Lift the microprocessor straight up and out of the microprocessor socket.
Notes:
• Your microprocessor and socket might look different from the one illustrated.
• Touch only the edges of the microprocessor. Do not touch the gold contacts on the bottom.
• Do not drop anything onto the microprocessor socket while it is exposed. The socket pins must be
kept as clean as possible.
