7. Install the screw to secure the external battery box on the VESA mount bracket.

8. Connect the external battery box cable to a USB connector on the computer. See "Rear view" on
page 29.

Replacing the ac power adapter bracket

Attention: Do not open your computer or attempt any repair before reading and understanding the Chapter
1 "Read this first: Important safety information" on page 1.
Note: The ac power adapter bracket is installed on the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA)
mount bracket.
To replace the ac power adapter bracket, do the following:
1. Remove all media from the drives and turn off all attached devices and the computer. Then, disconnect
all power cords from electrical outlets and disconnect all cables that are connected to the computer.
