DIGITAL TEMPERATURE WATCH
ALARM
- In ALARM MODE press START/ADJUST to turn on/off the Alarm
- In ALARM MODE hold SET/RESET until "hour" begin to flash.
Press START/ADJUST to adjust the hours.

Press MODE to shift to "minutes" Hold START/ADJUST to adjust the minutes at high speed.

Once setting is complete press SET/RESET to exit setting state.

CHRONOGRAPH (Stopwatch)
In STOPWATCH MODE press START/ADJUST to start / stop counting.

When stopped, press SET/RESET to reset the stopwatch.

SPLIT TIME
-
In STOPWATCH MODE press START to start counting.
-
Press SET/RESET to enter into SPLIT TIME.
-
STOPWATCH continues to count in SPLIT TIME.

Press START/ADJUST to stop counting, or press SET/RESET to go back to STOPWATCH.

When stopped, press SET/RESET to reset the stopwatch.

TIMER
In TIMER MODE press START/ADJUST to start / stop countdown. Press SET/RESET to reset timer.

In TIMER MODE hold SET/RESET until "hour" begin to flash.

Press START/ADJUST to adjust the hours.

Press MODE to shift to "minutes" Hold START/ADJUST to adjust the minutes at high speed.

Once setting is complete press SET/RESET to exit setting state.

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY
In TIME MODE press RESET to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display.

NOTE:
The temperature measurement will be impacted by body heat( while you wear the watch),sunlight,
and humidity. To make accurate temperature measurements, please take off your watch and put it in
ventilated area, keep the watch case dry and avoid direct sunlight. The watch need 10-15 minutes to
correct the actual atmosphere temperature.
