- As ice cream easily soaks foreign odors,
always store it in the container with a hermetic
lid away from other products.
- Keep the hermeticity of the bowl (5), do not
warm it.

CLEANING AND CARE

- Switch off and unplug the unit before
cleaning.
- Dismantle the unit:
- remove the blade for stirring (4) from the
motor unit (1) (pic.1).
- disconnect the lid (3) from the motor unit (1),
pressing the clamps (pic.2).
- Wash the blade (4), the lid (3) and the bowl
(5) in warm water with a neutral detergent
and wipe dry.

Wipe the motor unit (1) with a damp cloth and
then a soft dry cloth.
- In order to avoid electric shock do not immerse
the motor unit (1), the power cord and the
power plug into water or other liquids.

Trouble
Ice cream becomes very soft
The blade has stopped rotating
but the ice cream has not been
ready yet.

Attention! Do not use abrasives or hard
sponges for cleaning the unit.
Base for vanilla ice cream
(for making several portions of ice cream)
1 glass of milk
1 glass of cream
1 glass of cream with increased concentration of
fat (more than 30%)
½ glass of sugar
Vanilla sugar to taste
Put all the ingredients into the container with a
hermetic lid, close the lid and shake the mixture
until sugar melts completely. Store the mixture
in the fridge.
Fillers: fruit, cookies, nuts.
Pour 200-300 ml of base into the bowl. Switch
on the unit and make ice cream.
Do not store the base for a long time; use it as
quick as possible.
Possible cause
Insufficient cooling time of the bowl (cool the bowl for not less
than 8 hours at temperature -18°С)
Insufficient temperature of the freezing chamber. Ice cream
freezes at temperature -18°С.
Redundant quantity of ingredients. Ingredients capacity
should not exceed 320 ml.
Insufficient cooling of ingredients.
You started making ice cream later than in 15 minutes after
you took the bowl out of the fridge.
Frequent opening of the freezing chamber door during
cooling of bowl.
Fillers (chocolate chips, nuts) were added too early. Add fillers
in 5 minutes after starting to operate and before freeze.
Too large fillers. Thoroughly chop the fillers.
Too much filler.
