MAKING ICE CREAM

Attention:
- Before making ice cream, make sure that the
freezing compartment of your fridge provides
temperature -18°С.
1. Put the bowl (5) into the freezing compart-
ment of the fridge, not less than for 8 hours.
2. Prepare and cool off the mixture for ice cream
before making ice cream to decrease cook-
ing time.
3. Remove the bowl (5) from the freezing com-
partment of the fridge (do not touch the bowl
with non-protected hands) and put the pre-
liminary prepared mixture for ice cream mak-
ing in it.
4. To avoid sticking of the mixture to the walls
of the bowl (5), immediately place the motor
unit (1) with the lid (3) and the blade (4), on
the bowl (5).
5. Insert the plug into the socket and switch on
the unit setting the switch (2), to the "I" posi-
tion.
6. The mixture should be stirred until the re-
quired viscosity degree is reached. It can take
from 15 to 30 minutes, but mostly ice cream
or water ice will be ready quicker.
Important:
- Do not stop and do not switch off the unit dur-
ing the cooking process because the mixture
can freeze to the surface of the bowl (5) or to
the blade (4).
7. As far as the mixture becomes thicker, the ro-
tation direction of the blade (4) can change,
if the change of the rotation direction of the
blade (4) happens very often, the ice cream
is ready, switch off the unit with the switch (2),
setting it to the "0" position and take the plug
out of the socket.
8. Remove the motor unit (1) from the bowl (5).
9. To avoid damaging of the inner surface of
the bowl, take out the ready ice cream with
the help of a plastic or wooden spatula. If you
need to get hard ice cream, put the ice cream
into a container, and place it into the freez-
ing compartment of the fridge, do not use the
bowl for this purpose(5).

Attention!
- Maximal capacity of the ingredients in the
bowl should not exceed 320 ml.
- Operation time of the unit should not exceed
30 minutes.
Electro motor protection from overheating
- In case of overheating of the electro motor
winding, the auto thermal fuse will be
actuated and the electro motor will switch off,
in this case switch off the unit with the switch
(2) and take the plug out of the socket. Wait
15-30 minutes and after it switch on the unit.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Before making ice cream, wash and wipe
dry all the attachments, which will contact
products.

Put the bowl (5) into the freezing compartment
of the fridge, for not less than 8 hours at
temperature in the chamber -18°С. In case of
often usage of the bowl (5), put it into a parcel
and store in the freezing compartment of the
fridge.
- Add fillers (chocolate chips, ground nuts etc.)
to the ice cream after 5 minutes after starting
mixing or already in the ready ice cream
before freeze.
- Never freeze the ready ice cream, which was
completely or partially defrosted.
- Freshly cooked ice cream has the best taste.
In several days of storage it can lose its
taste.
- Consistency of the ice cream depends on the
ingredients used, their temperature before
making ice cream, and on the temperature of
the environment.
- Some recipes require preliminary preparation
of mixture for ice cream. In this case, prepare
the mixture minimum before 1 day. It will let
the mixture cool off completely, badly cooled
off mixture could not freeze during making
ice cream.
- Store ice cream at temperature -18°С.
- Expiry date of ice cream, which contains
ingredients, which did not passed heat
treatment, is not more than a week.
- Ice cream, which contains raw eggs, should
not be eaten by children, pregnant women,
elderly persons and ill persons.
