Keep warm function
• To facilitate operation, the appliance has the function of automatic heat
preservation. It allows you to keep warm foods at a certain temperature without
taking out the bread or other food products in time.
• Each menu has the function of heat preservation.
Homemade programmes
1. Select the 15th or 16th programme by pressing and holding the START/PAUSE/
STOP button for 2 seconds.
2. In the setting mode, press the MENU button and use the rotary button to select the
programme. 15 different phases are available, the numbers 0–14 stand for:
0 Preheat
1 Knead
2 Rest 1
3 Knead
4 Rise 1
3. If you want to make a setting during a phase, press the TIMER button and use the
rotary button to adjust the preferable time and temperature. If you want to cancel
the setting, short press the START/PAUSE/STOP button, the appliance will return to
the setting function of the "Homemade" programme and the original setting.
4. After completing the time and temperature setting, long press the START/PAUSE/
STOP button for 2 seconds so as to save the settings. Then short press the START/
PAUSE/STOP button once to start the bread making process of this programme.
