Incorrect maintenance
Always check the trampoline before use for torn or worn mats and cover mats,
bent frames, missing parts, loose or broken springs and frame stability.
Defective or worn parts must be replaced immediately. The trampoline must
not be used until it has been completely repaired.
Bad weather
The trampoline should only be used in good weather. A wet jumping mat is too
slippery to jump properly. In gusty or strong winds there is a risk that you will
lose control over the jumping. This trampoline is intended for indoor use.
Unlimited access
When the trampoline is not in use, the entrance should be closed so that
children cannot play unattended on the trampoline.
Methods to avoid accidents
User: The basic knowledge of the trampoline is a „must". You should first

learn how to perform a low and above all controlled jump, as well as
the basic landing positions and combinations before starting advanced
jumping exercises. It is important that users understand why jumps must
be performed in a controlled manner. A controlled jump is characterized
by the fact that the jump and landing take place in the same place (see
section: „Basic Jump Techniques"). Trampoline instructors will provide you
with more information about the training material.
Supervisor: The safety regulations should be strictly followed and

enforced by the supervisor. All users of the trampoline should be informed
by the supervisor in a competent manner. If supervision cannot be
guaranteed, the trampoline must be dismantled. The safety badge should
be attached to the trampoline by the supervisor. In addition, the users
must be informed of the warning notices by the supervisor.
