reference.
CHEF'S TORCH DELÍCIA
CHARACTERISTICS
Chef's torch DELÍCIA is excellent for easy and quick fl ambéing of patisseries, caramelising sugar,
gratinéing with cheese, vegetable roasting, making crunchy crusted steaks, etc. It is made

of excellent resistant plastic and high-quality metal, provided with a safety lock. It enables easy
adjustment of fl ame length and intensity, fuelled with standard lighter fl uid.

REFILLING
The chef's torch is supplied empty for safety reasons.
Turn the integrated control to the end right position (A) before the fi rst fi lling and each subsequent
refi lling to shut off gas supply and activate the safety lock by pushing it upwards (B).
Set the fl ame temperature adjuster to the right position (C).
Insert a fi lling container with normal lighter fl uid (butane) into the fi lling hole in the bottom of the torch
and fi ll the torch by pressing down the container and holding it for several seconds (D).
NOTICE
Do not overfi ll the torch! The weight of the torch without lighter fl uid is 175 g, and the maximum
permitted weight of the torch with fl uid inside is 200 g.
Always wait several minutes after refi lling before temperature of the gas in the torch stabilises.
NOTICE
Use exclusively high-quality gas (butane) intended for gas lighters.
Shake the refi lling container with lighter fl uid before refi lling the torch.
Filling the torch using other containers than those intended for fi lling lighters may be dangerous!
