WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

1 CHECK THE CONTENTS OF ALL THE BOXES
2 NOTIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY PROBLEMS
WITHIN 8 DAYS
If any fault develops within the warranty period, do not open the cleaner but
contact Technical Assistance immediately. All parts recognised as having manufacturing
faults will be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
The warranty covers faults and breakages not caused by normal wear, provided the
cleaner has not been tampered with. Consumables are not covered by the warranty.
* Within one year of purchase
* from the date of invoice.
IN CASE OF MALFUNCTIONING
Never return the cleaner or parts without prior notice!
Contact your nearest authorised Service Centre before returning the cleaner or any
parts, or to request repairs under the warranty.

5 - Always state the purchase date, the number of the invoice or delivery note and
your customer code.
