TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE
There is a 'C' Your filter needs to be cleaned
showing in
place of the
number setting
on the display
face.
There is a 'E' Overheated or electrical
showing in malfunction
place of the
number setting
on the display
face.
The spray is Solution in cup low
spluttering
Control dial is set too low
Nozzle may be blocked
Air pressure is low
No solution is Nozzle may be blocked
coming out of
the spray
Solution in cup too low
applicator
Trigger is jamming
Solution Dial on applicator set
too low

WHAT TO DO
Remove the filter from the base of
the unit and rinse in warm water.
Wait until filter is completely dry
before re-fitting. To clear the setting
hold down the heat button and the
display will return to normal.
This will go down once the
machine has cooled down
This will not disappear if the
machine is no longer able to
function.
Add solution to the cup
Increase power
Perform secondary maintenance
Increase air pressure
Clean filter in machine
Spray warm water through the
applicator
Add solution to the cup
Spray warm water through the
applicator while the Solution Dial
is set at C and pull the trigger
repeatedly until it frees
Increase solution dial on
applicator, number 1 being the
lowest and Number 6 being the
highest setting
