See chapter 5.1.
2) There are no separate volume controls for the
inputs MIC IN (8) and AUX IN (9). The volume of
the audio sources connected to these jacks is
only adjustable via the control MAIN VOL (10)
for the overall volume.
3) If you use a wireless microphone, switch on the
receiver with the on-off switch and volume con-
trol VOL (5). The display (3) shows the trans-
mission channel adjusted. Before switching on
the wireless microphone, use the button L or M
(4) to select a channel which is both free and
interference-free from the 16 channels 0 – F
available. If the green LED on the display lights
up while the microphone is switched off, inter-
ference or signals from other transmitters are
received on this channel. In this case, set the
receiver to a different channel.
Switch on the wireless microphone and set
it to the channel of the receiver. The green LED
on the display lights up to indicate reception of
a radio signal. To mix the microphone signal
received to the signals of the other audio
sources, turn up the control VOL (5) to the
desired volume. If the wireless microphone is
the only audio source, set the control VOL (5) to

source to be replayed, set the control VOL (18)
to approximately
the control MAIN VOL (10).
Always switch off the player when not in use
(set the control to OFF).

6.1 Operating the MP3 player
The player allows replay of audio files in MP3 for-
mat from SD cards and USB mass storage devices,
e. g. USB flash drive or USB hard disk (FAT32) with
separate power supply:
– Insert an SD card (the notched corner down-
wards facing the unit) into the slot (20) until it
engages. To remove the card, slightly press it to
eject it.
– Connect a USB storage device to the USB port
(21).
When a USB storage device and an SD card have
been connected, the USB storage device is
selected after switching on. If you remove the
device just selected, the player will automatically
change to the other device. The player will also
automatically change to the last device connected.
Operate the player via the buttons on the unit or on
the remote controller. The remote controller is sup-
plied with a battery. Prior to initial operation,
remove the foil from the battery support. When
using the remote controller, always point it at the IR
sensor (13). Make sure that there are no obstacles
between the sensor and the remote controller.
If the remote controller is not in use for a longer
period of time, remove the battery to prevent dam-
age due to battery leakage.
The display (19) shows
– the symbol (a) for the device, e. g.
storage device
– the time (b) already played of the title
– the symbol (c) for the replay mode, e. g.
the mode RANDOM
– the length of the title (d)
– the file name of the title (e)
– the number of the title (f)
