INTENDED USE

The t ile cut t er is suit able f or cut t ing glazed, enamelled and ceramic t iles as well as (porcelain) st onew are and split t iles w it h a t hickness
ranging bet ween 4 and 14 mm and a lengt h of 670 mm. Depending on t he t ype of t iles and t heir thickness, a minimum cut t ing widt h
of 15 mm is possible.
The height of t he t ile will be pre-set via a slide (Fig. 7), w it h t he cut t ing f orce being set by an adjust ing lever (Fig. 8).
Ideally, t he t ile should be broken as close as possible t ow ards it s end, in t he case of diagonal cut s t he breaking rod should complet ely rest on
t he t ile.
Part s of larger t iles can be prevent ed f rom f alling dow n by using t he support s supplied.
Parallel cut s and angular cut s of 45° can be carried out w it h t he angle guide w hich can be at t ached on bot h sides of t he t ile cut t er.
Repeat cut s bet ween a minimum cut t ing w idt h of 50 mm and a maximum of 300 mm will be possible wit h an edge guide.
A precise diagonal cut requires t he use of a guiding aid.
Only suit able cut t ing w heels (wit h a diamet er of 20 mm, a thickness of 3 mm and a cut t ing angle of 110°) and t he original cut t ing
wheel mount s must be used.
The user shall be liable f or any damage and accident s t hat have been caused by t he improper use of t he equipment .
