Warranty

An extensive network of Mercedes-Benz Service Cen-
tres is at your disposal for carrying out maintenance work.
Each of these workshops has the equipment and tools, the
specially trained, skilled and experienced personnel and a
regular supply of technical information from the manufac-
turer to ensure that your engine is inspected and main-
tained in accordance with the latest maintenance and
testing procedures.
Warranty claims, the extent of which will depend on the
contract of sale, can be submitted to any Mercedes-Benz
Service Centre.

Please comply with the instructions in this Maintenance
Booklet and ensure that they are observed, even if the use
or care of your engine is delegated to others. This is the
only way to be sure that your warranty rights are not affect-
ed.
If the specified maintenance work is not carried out reg-
ularly or punctually, or not entrusted to a qualified special-
ist workshop, it will not be possible to decide on the validity
of a warranty claim until after the manufacturer has report-
ed on the items concerned.
