4.4 Software version
For each mode, DAB and FM, press and hold the Menu/Info (5) button. Scroll with the Prev. (8)

or next (6) button to "System" and confirm with the Select/-Volume+ (4) button. Go now with the
Prev. (8) or next (6) button to the option "SW version" and confirm with the Select/-Volume+ (4)
button. Then the software version is displayed in the display (3).
Press again the Menu/Info (5) button and release it to return to "System" or return to the mode

4.5 Setting backlight of the display
Follow the instructions below to select the backlight menu in power-on mode. This section

explains each setting.

4.6 Setting language
Follow the instructions below to set the OSD language.

RADIO OPeRATIOn

5.1 Antenna
The appliance is equipped with a telescopic DAB/FM antenna (10), located on the back of the

appliance. Pull out completely the antenna and rotate to achieve the best reception.
5.2 Toggling between DAB and fM mode
When the appliance is switched on, press the Standby/Mode (1) button to toggle between DAB
„
(Digital Audio Broadcasting) or FM radio. The current selection is shown on the display (3).
When you switch on the radio again, it will tune automatically to the last selected radio station.

5.3 Automatic and manual tuning to DAB stations
Press Standby/Mode (1) to switch on the appliance.
„
When your radio is switched on for the first time, the radio enters automatically DAB mode and it
„
starts an automatic full scan for DAB radio stations. The radio scans all available stations.
The initial scan will take a few minutes. A bar diagram shows the progress of the scan on the
display (3). After the scan, the clock will be set automatically when DAB stations are available and
the radio will display the name of the first station in the sequence.
