Noise emission values

sound pressure level

The quoted values are emission values and not
necessarily reliable workplace values. Although there
is a correlation between emission and immission
levels it is impossible to draw any certain conclusions
as to the need for additional precautions. Factors
with a potential influence on the actual immission
level at the workplace include the duration of impact,
the type of room, and other sources of noise etc.,
e.g. the number of machines and other neighboring
operations. Reliable workplace values may also vary
from country to country. With this information the
user should at least be able to make a better
assessment of the dangers and risks involved.

6. Before starting the equipment

Unpack the vacuum extraction system and
check it for damage which may have occurred in
transit.
The machine has to be set up where it can stand
securely. All covers and safety devices have to
be properly fitted before the machine is switched
on.
Before you actuate the On/Off switch, make sure

that the filters are securely fastened.
Check that the voltage on the rating plate is the
same as your supply voltage before you connect
the machine to the power supply.
6.1 Assembly (Fig. 1)
Important. Pull out the power plug before
carrying out any maintenance, resetting or
assembly work on the vacuum extraction
system!
6.1.1 Fitting the appliance head (Fig. 3-4 / Item 3)
The accessories are in the tank (5) when you
take delivery of the machine. The appliance head
(3) is fastened to the tank (5) by the quick-
230-240 V ~ 50Hz
release clamp (4). To remove the appliance head
20000 rpm
(3), open the quick-release clamp (4) and
1100 W
remove the appliance head (3) from the tank (5).
To assemble, proceed in reverse order.

6.1.2 Fitting the extraction hose (Fig. 5-9 / Item

10)
100 mm
Fit the extraction hose (10), as shown in Fig. 5-6,
using the hose fastening (9) on the tank (5).
50 l
If devices with an extractor connection diameter
12,7 kg
of 100 mm are to be connected to the extraction
system, place the free end of the extractor hose
(10) on the extraction connection of the device
and secure the extractor hose (10) using the
Idle speed
hose fastener (9).
80 dB(A)
If devices are connected with a different
extraction connection diameter, place the
appropriate reducer adapter (8) in the extraction
hose (10) and secure it, as shown in Fig. 7, with
the hose fastener (9). The various reducer
adapters (8) slot inside each other so that it is
possible to connect them to hoses of different
diameters (Fig. 8/9).
6.1.3 Fitting the filters (Fig. 4; 10 - 11 / Item 11, 12)
Pull the additional paper filter (11), as shown in
Fig. 10, over the pleated filter (12) and fold the
edge of the additional paper filter (11) around the
pleated filter (12).
Place the filters over the intake opening on the
appliance head (3). Ensure that the filters are
secured on the appliance head (3) (Fig. 11).

7. Operation

Check whether the extractor hose (10) is tightly
connected to the vacuum extraction system and
to the extractor adaptor of the wood processing
machine.
