8.7 Incorrect cutting of insertion depth
Possible cause
The spindle taper was not
mounted up to the stop
Wrong foam separator holder was
used
Axial cut too short
The pipe was cut at an angle.
Solution
Ensure that the spindle taper is mounted up to
the stop
Use foam separator holder that suit the
dimension
Do the axial completely until the foam separa-
tor holder stops at the face of the clamping
shoes
Cut the pipe square
