1. Before connecting the appliance check that the voltage indicated on the type plate corresponds to
the mains voltage in your country.

or mental capabilities, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cords, plugs or appliances in water or any other
liquid.
4. Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it from the wall socket.
5. Do not leave any appliance unattended while it is operating.

Fill the kettle with water up to the maximum level and let it boil several times. Rinse it with clean
water.
 The kettle is ready for use.
