Error
The awning sags, al-
though it is fully extended.
Unwanted noise during
operation.
The LED (19) of the re-
mote control (20) does
not work; no signal from
the receiver.
Awning does not close
properly on one side.

Maintenance

Cause
The battery in the remote
control (20) is dead.
The motor is switched off
due to overheating pro-
tection.
The extension length is
incorrectly set.
One or more screws have
become loose.
The battery is dead.
The battery is not inserted
properly.
Check the adjustment of
the folding arm.

Remedy
Replace the battery ac-
cording to the chapter
► Inserting/replacing the
battery – p. 210.
After approx. 30 minutes,
the motor will automati-
cally switch back on
again.
Reset the extension
length according to the
chapter ► Readjusting
the motor (set extension/
retraction distance) –
p. 210.
Check all visible screws
and tighten them if they
are loose.
Replace the battery ac-
cording to the chapter
► Inserting/replacing the
battery – p. 210.
Insert the battery accord-
ing to the polarity.
Reline the roll shaft on
one side with fabric for
more volume. Then ad-
just the folding arms
(► Adjusting the folding
arms – p. 209)

Carry out the maintenance
work at regular intervals. Other-
wise, your safety and the safety
of others may be jeopardized.
Regular maintenance will
extend the service life of your
awning.
