Individual adjustment of
the awning

Adjusting the slope angle

ATTENTION! Risk of injury!
Always work together with
another person. Failure to do so
may cause personal injury and/
or damage to the product.
IMPORTANT! The awning is delivered
with an optimally adjusted slope angle.
Extend the awning by up to ⅓ of its
total size.
You can change the slope angle in
a range of approx. 6-35°.
CAUTION! Risk of property
damage! Make sure that the
awning is only ⅓ extended
when you adjust the slope
angle (► p. 8, fig. H). Never
adjust the slope angle when the
awning is extended (► p. 8,
fig. I). Otherwise, the awning
may become damaged.
Unplug the power plug.
Lift the drop profile (3) slightly.
Note: You can change the
slope angle at all adjustment
ranges (7) of the folding
arms (5).
Adjust the slope angle using a 10
mm hexagon wrench (► p. 8,
fig. J).
Note: Make sure that you set
the same slope angles at all
three adjustment ranges (7).
Note: The drop profile (3) must
be horizontal. Check the hori-
zontal alignment of the front
profile (3) with a spirit level.
Make sure that the air bubble is
exactly in the middle of the
spirit level. Now you can use
your awning.
Plug the awning's power plug into a
properly installed power outlet.

Adjusting the folding arms

It is important that the folding arms (5)
are parallel to each other for the proper
and safer handling of the awning. Fully
retract the awning and check the fold-
ing arms (5). You must readjust the
folding arms (5) manually (► p. 8,
fig. K) if they are not parallel to each
other. Proceed as follows:
1. Extend the awning by approx. ⅔
(► p. 8, fig. L). Make sure that the
awning is extended so far that the
hexagon socket screw for the
adjustment range (17) is visible
(► p. 8, fig. M).
2. Turn the hexagon socket screw (4
mm) in the direction of rota-
tion[
]using a hexagon wrench to
adjust the folding arm (5) upwards
(► p. 8, fig. M). Press the folding
arm (5) slightly upwards (The fold-
ing arm must be raised to turn
the screw!).
3. Turn the hexagon socket screw (4
mm) in the direction of rota-
tion[
]using a hexagon wrench to
adjust the folding push (5) down-
wards (► p. 8, fig. M). Press the
folding arm (5) slightly upwards
(The folding arm must be raised
to turn the screw!).
